With over 35 years combined industry experience, 1000's of training sessions executed, we have a great understanding of the art of training individuals. We approach our personal training in a systematic manner correcting faulty muscle recruitment patterns before branching off into more specific styles depending on the fitness level of the individual. 

Our goal when training people first off, is to prepare the individual for their training future. We achieve this by realign the body's mechanics using postural correction techniques, improve the skills of balance and coordination, and start building a base of strength through learning your own bodyweight and how the muscles react to certain stimulus. Then when the body is prepared for more dynamic patterns we work on what piques the clients natural interests with our diverse skill sets and work in a program with natural progressions based on the trainees physical characteristics, physiological restrictions, time availability and lifestyle factors.

Our personal training services are based out of our facility in North Strathfield or at The Sports Pit Gym in Leichhardt.

Fees and session structure:

$100 Initial Session - 75 minutes. This session is where we evaluate the trainees with our testing protocol which includes: structural & postural imbalances, base strength levels, flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, coordination, muscle activation dysfunctions, breathing patterns, exercise likes/dislikes, dietary habits and goals.

$85 per session - 60 minutes.  The first year of developing the training habit is all about gently adapting the body to the increased level of activity and developing a strong foundation of movement mechanics, muscular strength, flexibility, postural correcting, finding enjoyment in training, noticing how the body, mind, lifestyle and environment reacts to the changes training brings on. 

Once the foundation work has been done its time to start applying the new skills to more specific goals like muscle toning and learning advanced dynamic skillsets for example; martial arts, dance, vertical leaping ability, Olympic lifting etc. This is where training becomes the most fun as we can explore hidden physical potentials and work toward a deeper meaning towards training that goes beyond vanity and other people objective opinions of the self.
